A bobble hat hid his hair style but he has long had a policy of tousling his hair to make it look untidy. Its deliberate not accidental.
In the picture however he has added two new fashion hints for 2022. He is wearing odd socks and his shirt is hanging out.
Truly Johnson is setting the style for 2022 compared to the dull suits and ties of Keir Starmer.
