The leaders of the G7 met in Puglia this week including Biden, Macron, Meloni and Sunak who on this occasion did not have to leave early.
Once they had finished discussing how many wars they could run at the same time obviously there was a meal.
It was cooked by Massimo Bottura (and no doubt others)whose restaurant has twice been voted the world’s best (Times 13th June)
Signature dish on the menu was burnt lasagna corners.
Also on the menu was Piedmont beef with truffles and barolo wine, Sardinian lobster risotto and tomato flavoured ice-cream.
