The list above is actually a promo for Boris Johnson’s memoir which is officially called Unleashed. Those who will or will not receive a present from Santa Boris (i.e a copy or perhaps several copies of the book) are listed.
Of course it being Johnson its a bit confused. Michael Gove appears on both sides as does Johnson’s dog Dilyn who might enjoy chewing the book.
Jeremy Clarkson will not be getting anything from Santa Boris. Johnson agreed that (in his view) Clarkson had stood up for farmers. However Clarkson’s book aimed at the Christmas market, Diddly Squat, Home to Roost, is at number 2 on the best seller lists, having sold 10,750 copies last week. By contrast Johnson’s book is at number 4 with 7,795 copies sold in the past seven days.
