Parliament returns from the summer recess on 1st September and MPs will be in the Commons to address, no doubt, a range of issues. How successfully is another matter. However the MP for Clacton will be absent again, as he will be in Washington, again. He is a keynote speaker at the National Conservative Conference in Washington, a gathering of far right Trump allies
