As stories about Nigel Farage, George Cottrell and Reform continue to appear the counter is twofold.

Firstly that the ‘Establishment’ is out to get Reform. This could of course be countered by Reform actually answering the issues raised rather than just blustering about them.

The second response, which can be found on social media is that no one is interested in the stories.

The Times published the results of a YouGov poll on this on 13th July. Only 9% or respondents were unaware of the stories. Meanwhile 73% thought Farage was sleazy.

Another finding (above) was that 60% did not think Farage had behaved correctly on donations. Noteworthy 50% of Reform supporters did not back him.
