It has been revealed that prior to her death Carol transferred £6K to Alan the Vicar’s bank account. Anna thinks that the Vicar exerted ‘undue influence’ to get hold of the money. There was a scene at the funeral and the Bishop may be involved. The Archers Podcast has raised the issue of whether Alan is a Faithful or a Traitor. Perhaps a double agent
Lovell James price hikes: what side are you on?
There is revolt in Ambridge as Lovell James who own the vets have hiked prices again. Even in Ambridge there is a cost of living crisis. Alastair can’t decide which side he is on. A protest march might help him decide.

Grundy’s cider has wetted the babies head, specifically it seems not Tumbletussocks but Brown Snout. Bill fell asleep. Not the first one to do so.
Amber’s mother (Anne-Marie) has said that Bill Grundy is not a good name for the baby, apparently it belongs to a motorbike rider with a beard. No mention of the Sex Pistols
Regular reader PJ reminds that in this month in 2017 hanging testicles were mentioned in the Archers. They belonged to an animal not a resident
